Shipping
We ship worldwide. The method depends on the volume.
Under 50 kg: international express, such as DHL or FedEx.
From 50 kg: air freight through our forwarder.
Over 1 CBM: sea freight, LCL in a shared container or FCL in a full container.
Packing
We compress goods tightly to keep the volume down. Express and air freight charge on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight, so tighter packing means a lower freight bill.
Payment
100% T/T in advance for a first order. For repeat orders we can discuss other terms.
Bank transfer to our company USD account. Please write the invoice number in the payment reference.
Documents
Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and the Bill of Lading or Air Waybill where applicable.
Duties and taxes
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, import duties and taxes at destination are for the buyer.
