1. These terms apply to all quotations, orders and sales made by Suzhou ZhiMo Trading Co., Ltd.
2. Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to the goods still being available when the order is confirmed.
3. Prices are per piece unless stated otherwise. Export packing is included. Freight and insurance are extra unless agreed in writing.
4. Payment terms are 100% T/T in advance for a first order, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Title passes to the buyer on receipt of full payment.
6. Delivery times are estimates given in good faith. They are not guaranteed, because they depend on carriers and customs.
7. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Where no Incoterm is agreed, risk passes when the goods are handed to the carrier.
8. Claims for shortage or defects must be notified within 7 days of receipt, with photographs and carton numbers.
9. Goods are sold as factory stock or production goods as described. We do not represent that any item is made by, endorsed by or affiliated with any third party brand.
